Junior Miracle tryout registration
When registration is available for an announced event, we collect registration information from a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. Registration does not guarantee selection, roster placement, participation, or a future opportunity.

Professional Player Interest submissions
We collect information submitted for staff review of professional player interest. Submission does not guarantee a roster spot, tryout invitation, contract, employment, or other professional opportunity.
- Identity and contact information, including name, email, phone, and hometown
- Education, college, degree, graduation year, height, playing background, positions, and softball history
- Eligibility, passport eligibility, availability, relocation, and event interest information
- Participation limitations, injuries, or medical restrictions relevant to participation, if requested and submitted
- Career accomplishments and responses about character, leadership, coaching, community engagement, and media participation
- Coaching and reference contacts, including names, relationships, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Social profiles, usernames, and links, and other questionnaire responses you provide
Partnership inquiries and private deck requests
We collect information to review business inquiries and requests for partnership materials. An inquiry does not guarantee inventory, placement, activation, approval, or partnership terms. A deck request does not guarantee access to private materials.

Certain professional player forms may request participation limitations or restrictions relevant to evaluation. Provide only the information requested. Provide information about references or other people only with appropriate permission.

Junior Miracle and Youth Information
Junior Miracle interest and registration forms are intended for adult submission by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult, not directly by a child under 13. Do not submit information about a child unless you are authorized to do so.
A parent, guardian, coach, or organization representative may provide player information so Knoxville Miracle or Junior Miracle can understand the interest request and communicate about appropriate next steps. Submitting an interest form does not guarantee team placement, tryout placement, roster placement, event admission, or any specific opportunity. Registration, when available, also does not guarantee selection, participation, or future opportunities. An authorization acknowledgment does not itself establish that a parental identity or relationship has been independently verified.
If you are under 13, please do not submit personal information through this website without consent from a parent or legal guardian; ask them to handle the request. Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of their child's information, including information submitted by another person.
Email and SMS Communications
We may respond to a request you submit and send related operational communications. Marketing communications are separate and depend on the specific form language, permissions you provide, and provider records. Founding Fan signup includes team updates and official announcements as described on that form. Marketing emails include unsubscribe options where applicable.
Some operational or direct-response communications may still be sent when needed to respond to a request you submitted. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself authorize marketing SMS; separate SMS consent is needed for that purpose. A youth authorization or partnership acknowledgment is not marketing consent. Where messaging is offered, use the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms provided.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools to operate the website, manage forms, send emails, route communications, measure website performance, and protect against spam or abuse. These may include GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for forms and CRM, Google Tag Manager and tags managed through it, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other Meta tools, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel / Vercel Speed Insights, Instagram and other social platforms, ManyChat, n8n and similar workflow or webhook tools, and email, communication, hosting, and spam-protection providers.
Some website paths, including /reflections, /reflections-submit, /founding-board, and /rate, route to external workflow services. Information submitted through an external experience may be processed by that service to handle the request. Review the notices on the experience before submitting information. Its fields and uses may differ from the website forms described above.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy practices. We may add, remove, or change providers as the site and organization evolve.
Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, measure campaign performance, improve user experience, and evaluate signup activity.
