Nate Headley is entering his 4th year with 108 Performance after training amateur and professional baseball and softball players out of his facility in Knoxville Redstitch108 Baseball Institute (RBI) since 2011.

Coaching Career

Nate founded RBI and coached at the University of Tennessee from 2007–2011. Prior to that, he ran The Yard, training hitters and pitchers and managing 15U–18U travel ball programs. He won the 2006 16U Perfect Game World Wood Bat National Championship and had six additional top-15 WWBA finishes. Nate maintained a 98% college placement rate over 18 years of coaching.

Playing Background

Played college baseball at Colby Community College as a 3B and Pitcher.

108 Performance & Current Role

Specializes in training hitters at 108 Performance/108 Tri-Star and continues coaching a top-20 nationally ranked 17U team.
