Knoxville Miracle Introduces Leadership and Coaching Staff
The Knoxville Miracle has introduced its initial leadership and coaching staff as the organization continues building a professional women’s softball team rooted in Knoxville.

The Knoxville Miracle has introduced its initial leadership and coaching staff, marking another important step in the organization’s public launch.
The staff includes Eugene Bleecker III as General Manager, Craig Snider as Head Coach, Stephanie Sanders as Assistant Coach, and Nate Headley as Hitting Coach.

For Bleecker, leadership is central to building the Miracle the right way.
“Every great organization starts with leadership. And if we’re going to build something special, we need people who understand excellence. People who understand culture. People who understand championship environments. People who understand what it takes to develop athletes at the highest level.”
The Knoxville Miracle is being built as more than a professional softball team. The organization’s long-term vision is to create a Knoxville-based softball ecosystem that connects professional softball, athlete development, youth opportunity, community, and storytelling.
That vision starts with people.
Bleecker will serve as General Manager while continuing his work as Founder and CEO of 108 Performance. Snider will lead the team as Head Coach, Sanders will serve as Assistant Coach, and Headley will serve as Hitting Coach.
The organization’s staff pages are now live at KnoxvilleMiracle.com, giving fans, families, athletes, and members of the softball community an official place to learn more about the people helping build the Miracle.
Additional team updates will be released through KnoxvilleMiracle.com as more announcements are approved for public release.
